The title page is missing, but it appears that the work may be "Hasce omnium electorum, principum ac statuum Sacri Romani Imperii ad comitia praesentia legatis ae duputatis ad vivum expressas aereq[ue] caelatas icones summa devotione offert et mumillime dedicat Mathias v[an] Sommern.
